 The STAIRS Program is an innovative approach to giving disadvantaged youth an opportunity to "step up" at a crucial point in their education process.

Our goal is to have 100% of our STAIRS students who apply to a private, charter, magnet or arts and science high schools accepted upon their graduation from the eighth grade.
